What you will appreciate about Margie is her attention to detail. She has a plan for listing and advertising. Need your house professionally cleaned or staged? Margie knows someone. Need a mover? Margie knows them. There are a bunch of other details -- you'll notice she knows what they are and how to market or help accordingly. She does the comps -- in great detail. This is where she really shines. She doesn't just know the stuff you see on the websites like square footage, bathrooms, etc. She knows the neighborhoods. She knows the houses - she's been to most of them. When we went through the comps, we talked about a bunch of other sales in the various neighborhoods around Woodland Park.
