Now with over 20 years experience in real estate; including residential sales, land, horse properties and rural properties, I have dealt with many obstacles in the world of lending, easements, well, water and septic issues. I am knowledgeable, caring and not afraid to ask the hard questions, I set my sights on making your home buying or selling experience a smooth and memorable one. In addition, I have extensive training in the world of short-sales, distressed and foreclosure properties.

I specialize in the Pikes Peak Region! Including Woodland Park, Colorado Springs, Divide, Florissant, Green Mountain Falls, UTE Pass, Cripple Creek, Monument, Fountain, Security, Black Forest, Lake George, Guffey, Park County and Southwest Douglas County.
